Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and create winning quotes. This is an outside, field-based sales role with 4–6 days at customers' homes weekly.

Leads are provided; you will build trust, educate homeowners on materials and install processes, and hand off signed projects to the PM. Top performers earn uncapped commissions and enjoy structured training.

• Outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day at customer homes.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and learn the system.
