Qualifications

• Two years of experience in warehouse operations, records management, or a high-volume operational environment.
• At least one year in a Team Lead or supervisory role directing others.
• Ability to interpret procedures and apply quality requirements consistently.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for contractor personnel.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and email.
• Capability to work on-site full-time in Perris, CA with physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site leadership and oversight of contractor personnel performing records operations.
• Assign work, balance staffing, and monitor productivity and quality against Government priorities.
• Coach and train employees on procedures, safety, and records-handling requirements.
• Ensure records accountability, chain of custody, and proper document handling throughout workflows.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and address errors before final review.
• Track production data, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
