Job summary

West Point Contractors is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent / SSHO / QCM to lead a federal construction project in Southern Arizona. The role entails on-site leadership across MEP, roofing, steel, concrete, and civil scopes, with travel across AZ and CA for future sites.

The ideal candidate brings strong federal project experience, a proven track record managing multiple subcontractors, and a thorough understanding of three-phase QC processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 7 years supervising heavy civil construction projects.
• Experience on federal, military, or government projects is required.
• Proven ability to review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and daily quality documentation.
• Must obtain access to Federal Installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction efforts to meet schedule, budget, and scope.
• Own on-site quality control and safety operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage inspections and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM385, and federal contracting standards.
• Maintain project documentation and submittal registers.
