Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 2–4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Two years of trades schooling preferred (electrical, refrigeration or HVAC).
• Proficient with Word/Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contractor oversight.
• Record readings and adjustments in CMMS and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support safe, compliant operations and energy efficiency across facilities.
