Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in O'Fallon, MO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building systems, support our Mobile Engineer Services team, and ensure safety and operational efficiency.

You will perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, complete inspections, and use CMMS like Corrigo Enterprise. This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of general building repair and maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders safely.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems, equipment, and components.
• Execute facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Conduct general interior maintenance including painting, drywall patching, furniture repairs, and door maintenance.
• Replace lighting and ballasts, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts to maintain optimal system performance.
• Complete Hazard Assessments for all maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with safety procedures.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo Enterprise.
• Support maintenance of BMS and Card Access systems for building operations.
