Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep building systems running safely. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment, and document work in our CMMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read instructions, manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to service requests and complete routine maintenance tasks.
• Document work performed in CMMS with equipment condition and follow‑ups.
• Assist engineers and trades with inspections and emergency responses.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following safety procedures.
