Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is hiring a Mobile Operating Engineer for the AT&T Account in Independence, MO. The role focuses on operating, inspecting and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and production equipment to ensure reliable operations and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and efficient issue resolution using CMMS systems. A High School diploma or GED and four years of technical building engineering experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years in building engineering including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related maintenance.
• Trades school or Apprenticeship in electrical/HVAC/plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address work orders efficiently.
• Ensure safety and compliance with local codes and client requirements.
• Use CMMS to update work orders and communicate with team.
