Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain building systems in compliance with regulations.
• Identify and address safety hazards; participate in incident investigations.
• Repair and monitor mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire/life-safety systems.
• Monitor energy usage and optimize operating costs; coordinate with external contractors.
• Review Client Service Request summaries and respond to inquiries.
