Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support Facilities Operations at a government facility in Lanham, Maryland. This role will be fully onsite, performing essential maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance and hands-on skills across various trades.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial building Operations & Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in multiple skilled trades.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and SOPs.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs.
• Repair and adjust building fixtures and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Prepare inspection reports and work orders.
