Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for a Riverton, UT property. The role covers daily upkeep, repairs, and improvements across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general systems inside and outside the building.

You will work with a small team, inspect facilities, respond to requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, on-site with on-call and possible weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with day-to-day upkeep, repair, and improvement of a commercial property.
• Inspect facilities, respond to maintenance requests, and perform mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants, management, and contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and assets.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring issues.
• Track and complete work orders with accurate records and follow-up.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team on larger projects and facility improvements.
• Assist with event setup, signage maintenance, and special projects.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.
