Job summary

Wasatch Commercial Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our busy commercial properties. You will work with the property management team to keep buildings safe, clean, and functional for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include routine plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, inspections, emergency responses, and keeping precise maintenance records. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
