Job summary

Wasatch Commercial Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City to handle routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems across our commercial properties. You will inspect properties, respond to requests, and ensure a safe, clean environment for tenants and visitors.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience in commercial maintenance, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Ensure safety and security of the property and occupants.
