Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a part-time Facility and Grounds Maintenance Technician in Riverton, UT. The role covers renovations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor construction across residential and office properties.

You will balance hands-on work with coordinating external vendors and emergency response. You will conduct weekly safety inspections, manage work orders, and ensure operations run smoothly with minimal disruption to clinical activities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 23 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Formal training in at least two trades: plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or painting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and use web-based work order and property management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently or lead external teams.
• Flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours emergency calls.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and repairs across residential and office properties.
• Coordinate external vendors and emergency responses; manage work orders.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on systems and safety inspections.
