Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using CMMS to track staff work.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multi-skilled staff across building services units.
• Develop and maintain safe working practices for employees.
• Ensure proper environmental conditions for patients, staff and visitors.
• Plan work schedules and review work orders for completion.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
