Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related discipline preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or plant operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; schedule work orders.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and use CMMS to track work orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with TJC, NFPA, OSHA; manage safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage budget and inventory.
