Job summary

MillerWorks is seeking a Facilities & Operations Support in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and general support for company facilities, properties, warehousing, deliveries, and field activities.

Responsibilities include basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, equipment upkeep, and assisting field crews on projects. Requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in general maintenance, handyman work, facilities support, construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, or related field.
• Basic experience using hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and cleaning equipment.
• Follow instructions, work independently, and complete varied assignments safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate MillerWorks’ Core Values (Dependability, Integrity, Hard Work, Positive Attitude).
• Perform general handyman, repair, and maintenance work including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor facility repairs.
• Maintain company offices, warehouses, employee housing, rental properties, and other properties.
• Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties; mowing, trimming, cleanup, and general upkeep.
• Inspect and clean tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas; support preventative maintenance.
