Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facility management with demonstrated expertise in soft service operations.
• Ability to manage operational expenditures and develop budget variance reports.
• Strong communication and relationship management with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, emergency response planning, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Orders in Corrigo CMMS, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with customers.
• Provide general facility management including campus monitoring and after-hours support.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, events, and conference room reservations for the client and JLL.
• Develop monthly/quarterly variance reports and assist with budget requests and tracking.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service commitments are met; address issues.
• Support compliance with audit standards and safety policies; implement hazard controls.
• Update Emergency Response plans and manage incident escalation as needed.
