Job summary

The Salvation Army in Denver, CO is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and vehicle operations for the Red Shield building and surrounding lots. This role requires coordinating with vendors and supervising custodial staff.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, budget management, and reporting to the Center Director. Hours are primarily 9am-5:30pm, with some on-call duties and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two years related work experience.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient reading/writing English for emails, safety docs, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations and scheduling of staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage service contracts.
• Supervise custodial staff and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Develop and manage the facility budget for cost efficiency.
• Perform daily inspections and track maintenance activities.
