Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager in Redmond, WA, to lead maintenance operations at Haven Heights. You will supervise staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient site operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventative maintenance, plus budgeting, reporting to funding agencies, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial building maintenance or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and appliance servicing.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify repairs, safety hazards, and capital improvements.
• Oversee landscaping, grounds maintenance, and exterior site upkeep.
• Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective service.
