You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and document work in CMMS, with on-call rotation and potential growth within the team.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship may be required due to client requirements.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or hands-on maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; basic computer apps (MS Office, Slack, email).
• Experience with or willingness to learn CMMS documentation practices.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine light maintenance: filter changes, lighting, inspections, furniture assembly.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using proper tools.
• Execute carpentry, drywall, light electrical/plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs to keep climate control operational.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Close work orders in CMMS and maintain accurate service records.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
