Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation, inspection, and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in a 1.7 million square foot Class A office building in Dallas. This entry-level role offers on-site work and opportunities for growth within the engineering team.

You will join a team of six and participate in ongoing training programs while handling work orders, safety practices, and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair or maintenance tasks related to building systems.
• HVAC, electrical or carpentry skills are desirable.
• Customer service mindset is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team with maintenance, repair and operation of building equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Complete work orders in the system and document service activity.
• Maintain tools and supplies in clean, safe condition.
