United Migrant Opportunity Services is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to lead the daily operations and upkeep of the main facility. The role oversees mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, sets staff schedules, and manages budget with limited oversight.

Qualificações

• Technical training or certification in building systems.
• Seven years documented hands-on work experience in building maintenance; including at least three years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the primary building’s infrastructure.
• Oversee the maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Set staff schedules, approve time off, and manage department budget with limited oversight.
• Coordinate with team to develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Identify and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs or inspections.
