Katmai Government Services seeks a skilled operations & maintenance supervisor to lead and inspect building systems including HVAC, chilled water, controls, plumbing, and electrical tasks at a Jacksonville facility.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site and off-site technicians, coordinating vendors, managing schedules, and maintaining the computerized maintenance management system. A high school diploma and several years of leadership in facilities maintenance are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) years supervising operation and maintenance of complex facilities or building systems.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.
• Minimum three (3) years as a team lead/supervisor.
• HVAC systems expertise including chilled water, building automation, plumbing, electrical.
• Proficient with Microsoft software and reading/writing English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for building maintenance issues and manage customer expectations.
• Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Supervise on-site and off-site technicians, vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate material, vendor requirements, and resource allocation.
• Maintain schedules and performance standards; maintain CMMS.
• Obtain quotes, prepare proposals, and report to management.
