Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years in leadership within facilities/maintenance preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance and facilities teams in a manufacturing setting; strong budget management.
• Proficiency with TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement concepts; ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and manage cross-functional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair, maintenance, and installation activities for Plant 5 Ti Cast and HIP.
• Supervise maintenance departments; set priorities and coordinate with unions and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and optimize labor and materials use.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, budgets, and capital project reviews.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
