Qualifications

• Implement TPM including autonomous and predictive maintenance.
• Direct maintenance of manufacturing and process equipment.
• Supervise technicians and contractors; hire and promote decisions.
• Manage facility projects and capital funding requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory codes.
