Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance resources to fulfill business objectives.
• Develop policies and set expectations to ensure EHS objectives are achieved.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers for the Maintenance organization.
• Lead in applying maintenance and reliability best practices and benchmark with other locations.
• Ensure preventative and responsive maintenance supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Promote predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and total productive maintenance.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction in maintenance activities.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team and coordinate HR processes for the department.
