Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, hospitality management, or a related field—corporate or high-volume dining preferred.
• Proven experience managing external vendors or service providers, including performance accountability.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders; basic financial tracking & reporting.
• Proactive communicator; able to surface issues quickly and drive resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to hospitality and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across serveries and pantry locations, ensuring spaces are stocked and meet service quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks on food presentation, temperature, freshness, and vendor execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and provide feedback on food quality, dietary accommodation, and employee satisfaction; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate F&B support for onsite events and activations; manage end-to-end event workflow with vendors.
• Process invoices and purchase orders; monitor month-to-month expenses against budget and flag variances.
