Job summary

1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley, CA seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily campus operations across programs, events, food and beverage service, and guest experiences. You will supervise Operations Support Associates, uphold service standards, develop the team, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure a welcoming, safe, and well‑prepared environment.

The role requires a hands‑on leader who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and drives continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in hospitality, events, or related operations.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Operations Support Associates.
• Lead by example to uphold service standards and guest experience.
• Coordinate daily operations across programs, events, and café.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing staff development.
• Support opening/closing procedures and campus readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
