Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics or a similar role.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication of insights and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Experience with data in customer service, sales, or order management.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and validate sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities.
• Monitor backlog and delivery risk; flag issues and recommend mitigation.
• Partner with customer experience, sales, and operations teams.
• Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting.
• Fulfill reporting requests from leadership.
• Proactively identify new metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvements.
