Job summary

STSI is seeking an Expeditor II in Omaha, NE to drive and track pre-delivery document submittals in accordance with contract and project schedule. This on-site role requires close coordination with suppliers and project teams to support timely expediting of documents and materials.

The position involves attending weekly project meetings, expediting activities, and may require embedding in fabrication facilities or job sites as needed. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Drive and track all pre-delivery document submittals per contract and project schedule.
• Run expediting calls with suppliers and project team to support packages and document status.
• Provide updates to the project team on deliverables per contract.
• Attend weekly project meetings.
• Expedite activities to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and documentation.
• May embed in fabrication facility or jobsite as required.
• Travel up to 25% for home office positions.
