Job summary

The Freeman Company, a global leader in live events, seeks an Exhibitor Service Representative to support the Customer Experience team in Anaheim, CA. This in-office role handles order entry, exhibitor information, and inquiries to ensure a smooth on-site exhibitor experience.

Responsibilities include handling billing questions, researching complex requests, and coordinating with internal departments to meet exhibitor needs. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Exhibitor Services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, exhibitor information, and research invoices in Freeman systems.
• Provide expert support for customer needs including billing, technical issues, and event requests.
• Process and resolve complex inquiries to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Handle inbound leads and quote prices per Freeman policies.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of exhibitor products and ordering website.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver complex customer needs on time.
• Ensure on-site teams are informed of changes affecting customer needs.
• Travel 25% to 50% as required.
