Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Exhibitor Service Representative to support our Customer Experience team on-site and in-office. This full-time role is based in Las Vegas, NV, with travel required 25% to 50% and responsibilities spanning order entry, billing inquiries, and proactive customer service across Freeman services.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service, plus completion of the NET program with a high score and CS training modules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Exhibitor Service Representatives are required to take and pass the NET program with 80%+ and complete 6 hours of CS modules with 85%+.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, exhibitor information, research invoices and show information in Freeman billing systems.
• Provide expert support for customer needs, including products, services, billing questions, technical issues, and event requests.
• Process and resolve complex requirements, inquiries, and complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Fill inbound leads and quote prices and terms per Freeman policy.
• Ensure accurate systems and order information for production and delivery.
