Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Exhibitor Services Representative to support the Customer Experience team. This full-time, in-office and show-site role is based in Anaheim, CA, with travel 25% to 50%.

You will handle order entry, billing inquiries, and exhibitor support to ensure a smooth on-site experience. Responsibilities include processing orders, researching invoices, resolving issues, handling inbound leads, and coordinating with departments to meet exhibitor needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and exhibitor information in Freeman billing systems.
• Provide expert support for customer needs including billing questions and technical issues.
• Resolve complex inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process inbound leads and quote prices in line with Freeman policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exhibitor products and services.
• Funnel custom requests through lead routing channels.
• Ensure accuracy of all systems and order information.
• Support on-site and off-site teams as needed.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and chats maintaining high service levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver complex customer needs.
