Job summary

University of North Florida Alumni Association seeks an entry-level Parking & Transportation Services assistant to support campus event operations. The role covers setting up locations, directing traffic, and assisting with breakdowns while ensuring safety and campus appearance.

You will monitor reserved parking spaces, operate campus equipment, provide friendly customer service, and communicate with supervisors and staff. Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Set up event locations prior to scheduled activities and assist with event breakdown, including removal of equipment and materials.
• Monitor and oversee reserved parking spaces in surface lots and parking garages.
• Operate and maintain Parking & Transportation Services equipment in a safe, responsible manner.
• Provide professional customer service and address challenging situations while following university policies.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding operational updates and event-related information.
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently under supervisor direction.

Responsibilities
