Legends Global is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Broward County Convention Center, ensuring a clean, safe, and event-ready environment. You will manage supervisors and staff, plan staffing, inspect facilities, and collaborate with Event Operations and Facilities to meet event needs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt during large events or shortages while maintaining high cleaning standards and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of experience in commercial, hospitality, convention center, or similar housekeeping operations.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations including staff and scheduling.
• Provide hands-on support during large events or staffing shortages.
• Inspect spaces to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to support events and facility needs.
• Train and develop supervisors and team members on cleaning standards and safety.
