Legends Global in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Director of Finance in daily accounting operations across multiple venues. You will handle event revenue processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll support, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• At least two years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile event revenue, discounts, and reports.
• Assist payroll processing by reconciling hours and tips.
• Support accounts payable from invoice receipt to payment.
• Code invoices to GL accounts and venues.
• Maintain organized accounting records and assist month-end close.
