Job summary

Legends Global in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Director of Finance in daily accounting across multiple venues. You will handle event revenue processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll support, and maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and common accounting software.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile event revenue and accounts receivable.
• Support payroll processing and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist AP with invoices, PO matching, and vendor setup.
• Maintain organized accounting records and assist with month-end close.
