Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks at the facility and report to the Accounting Manager or Finance Director. This role involves maintaining asset records, reconciling accounts, processing journal entries, and assisting with monthly closes at the Broken Arrow location.

Qualified candidates hold a B.S. in Accounting or Finance, with internship experience in accounting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degree and related internship experience.
• Strong math skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset detail records and perform account analyses.
• Assist Accounting Manager in preparing financial statements.
• Reconcile A/R and A/P control accounts to aging detail.
• Reconcile cash receipts and disbursements.
• Process monthly close of sub-ledgers and inputs journal entries.
• Support A/R and A/P clerks with coding in the general ledger.
• Audit and maintain box office reports and related deposits.
