Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an on-site Accountant in Tucson, AZ to support daily accounting activities and month-end close. You will manage general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and revenue recognition, while assisting with payroll entries and financial reporting.

Requirements include a BS in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of general accounting experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of GAAP and payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day accounting activities and reconciliations.
• Prepares bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and revenue entries.
• Assists in month-end close, payroll processing, and financial statements.
• Maintains fixed asset records and performs general ledger analysis.
