Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in construction rentals or related logistics.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and maintenance.
• Understanding of financial principles, P&L, cost control, and budgeting.
• Active listening and strong follow-up practices.
• Highly organized to manage on-site equipment programs on site or yard.
• Logistics thinking and ability to set clear expectations.
• Analytical thinking for complex decisions and judgments.
• Project management experience to prioritize demands.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors.
• Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements and transitions.
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts: interviews, bidding, and awards.
• Manage vendor equipment costs, forecast earnings, and communicate changes.
• Contribute to cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for equipment ops.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to safety culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support end-user system troubleshooting for rental software and inventory systems.
• Monitor equipment utilization and vendor billing; ensure invoice accuracy.
• Develop vendor relationships to promote reliability and high service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
