Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking a seasoned On-site Equipment Rental Programs Manager to lead planning, management, and execution of on-site equipment rental programs across multiple projects in the Lancaster, PA area.

You will collaborate with project teams and vendors, manage equipment movement and maintenance, and contribute to cost control and forecasting while delivering excellent customer service and safety assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6 years in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite logistics and equipment maintenance requirements.
• Experience with financial principles, P&L, cost control and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site equipment rental programs and vendor management for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors to optimize equipment use and maintenance.
• Track equipment costs, vendor billing, and ensure accurate client invoicing.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives on site.
