Job summary

Mendocino Community Health Centers is seeking an EHR Support Analyst to provide hands-on Epic support, training, and workflow guidance. This on-site role collaborates with staff, leadership, and OCHIN to resolve issues and optimize Epic usage.

The successful candidate will combine Epic expertise with strong communication, customer service, and training skills in a fast-paced environment, helping users become more confident with technology.

Qualifications

• Strong Epic or similar EHR knowledge.
• Experience supporting or troubleshooting clinical workflows.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse users.
• Proven training and presentation abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Epic support to clinical staff and care teams.
• Investigate Epic issues and coordinate resolution with help desk as needed.
• Train and support new employees on Epic workflows and system access.
• Deliver ongoing competency training through coaching, workshops, and webinars.
• Maintain MCHC Epic configurations and system setup.
