Job summary

Bosch Group in Roseville, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent for our local team. This on-site role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify candidates who align with our culture and values.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, IT and hourly roles, build candidate pipelines, ensure a strong candidate experience, and collaborate to maintain accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Engineering, IT and non-exempt roles.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment partners.
• Manage candidate pipelines, records and reporting through ATS platform.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews and fill positions efficiently.
• Participate in employer branding activities and represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Keep stakeholders informed of hiring progress and pipeline activity.
