Quest Global in Rockford, IL is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to oversee each phase of the production process and ensure on-time completion of electrical power components, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will manage regulatory documentation, create and maintain route books, track incoming material and shipments, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and quality control teams, and escalate risks to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing with a focus on materials.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong organizational skills and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• On-site in Rockford, IL; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee each phase of production ensuring completion of electrical power components.
• Assist with regulatory documentation in highly regulated environments.
• Create and maintain route books.
• Track and receive packages from shipping.
• Own hardware process tracking including part location and build levels.
• Identify product classifications per internal/external standards.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing and quality control.
• Support project teams by tracking receipt, kitting and allocation of parts.
• Identify risks to on-time delivery and escalate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal and QA to integrate compliance.
