Job summary

Global Power Components is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Senior Project Managers on complex, engineer-to-order manufacturing projects. The role focuses on documentation readiness, real-time visibility, and cross-functional coordination across multiple facilities.

You will own day-to-day workflow coordination, production visibility, and escalation of risks to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong cross-team communication across engineering, supply chain and production.
• Ability to read drawings and understand BOMs at a basic level.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Submit and coordinate end-of-line documentation prior to shipment.
• Verify customer material completeness, labeling and maintain inspection checklists.
• Collect and consolidate updates ahead of project meetings; track action items.
• Support alignment between engineering, supply chain, and production; coordinate across facilities.
• Conduct routine shop floor walks and report progress, bottlenecks, and quality risks.
• Maintain real-time project status with production teams and assist with material tracking.
