Quest Global is seeking a Product Operation Coordinator for an on-site role in Rockford, IL. This position will own a specific customer portfolio and act as the central point of contact for all product updates, issues, and inquiries.

You will proactively communicate updates, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in product management, project coordination, account management, or executive-facing administration.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for a specific customer portfolio as central point of contact for product updates, issues, and inquiries.
• Proactively communicate product updates and status changes to customers via portals.
• Update all lines of balance for the customer portfolio.
• Serve as liaison across engineering, manufacturing, quality, leadership, and customer.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations in regulated environments, following customer guidelines.
• Coordinate high-profile on-site visits and executive meetings for the product line.
• Identify risks to on-time delivery and escalate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with associate director and director level leadership.
