Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• PM and integration of automation projects.
• Knowledge of software development for controls and robotics.
• Experience with industrial robotics and controls (FANUC, DENSO, Yaskawa, ABB).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; safety focus.
• Effective cross-functional communication with customers.
