The Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and leading all activities within the engineering department. Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with experience guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Integration, including planning, execution, and delivery of automation or robotics projects.
• Knowledge of Software Development related to controls, robotics programming, or industrial automation environments.
• Experience with industrial robotics and controls (e.g., FANUC, DENSO, Yaskawa, ABB) and familiarity with automation integration practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and reliability.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with customers on technical topics.
• Experience in manufacturing automation, system commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives is highly beneficial.
