Job summary

IHI Terrasun Solutions is hiring a Field Services Technician to install, maintain, and repair energy storage systems at our Nevada site near Las Vegas. You’ll articulate technology to business and technical users and support a fast‑paced growth phase.

Work with Field Service Engineers, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Logistics to resolve issues, travel to customer sites, and stay safety‑driven in a high‑voltage environment. Excellent problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering or services for electrical power equipment.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment and fieldwork.
• Ability to exceed performance goals and collaborate with engineering and sales.
• Willingness to work odd hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair energy storage systems.
• Provide technical consultation to field service engineers, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Logistics.
• Communicate customer feedback to Engineering and Sales teams.
• Troubleshoot faults and isolate issues.
• Travel to and work at assigned job sites until tasks are complete.
• Maintain safety and operational excellence.
