Job summary

IHI Terrasun Solutions is seeking a Field Services Technician to install, maintain, and repair ITS systems at sites in Nevada, with travel to Chicago and other locations as needed. This role requires hands-on technical work with energy storage and inverter equipment and a focus on safety and reliability.

You will collaborate with engineering, product management, sales, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction, and you must be willing to work overtime, overnight shifts, and weekends as

Qualifications

• Field engineering experience in electrical power equipment.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment and field service.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Commission, preventive maintenance, and repair of energy storage systems.
• Provide technical consultation to engineering, sales, and logistics teams.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot faults and isolate issues in systems.
• Travel to and stay at assigned job sites until tasks complete.
• Maintain safety and excellence in all operational areas.
